Cancellations
Our Flexible Salon Policy
At Supreme Nail Salon, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, we have required deposit fee for services, which is non-refundable. Want to find out more? Get in touch.

Late Arrivals
Inform Us in Advance
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

We stand by our commitment to excellence, offering a 48-hour guarantee against any nail damage, chipping, or lifting that may occur following your appointment. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we're here to ensure your nails remain stunning. However, please note that after the initial 48-hour period, any issues with your nail polish or extensions will no longer be covered under our guarantee. We appreciate your understanding, and our dedicated team is always ready to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
